Paving stone splitting machine

Unrivalled performance thanks to high speed

As standard, we use paving stone splitters with a splittin power of 43 t. These machines generally have sufficient power to split the stone of the required size and, thanks to a smaller hydraulic cylinder and a special hydraulic unit, achieve up to 25% more performance than other similar machines.

Low power consumption (up to 25% energy saving)

Thanks to our hydraulic pump, we can use motors with a power of 5.5 kW, which saves approximately 25% energy compared to machines with a power of 7.5 kW. Operation is not only more economical, but also more environmentally friendly.

Working while seated

The design of our machines is designed to allow seated work, which is more ergonomic for the operator, working on the machine puts less strain on the back muscles, which reduces fatigue and increases the performance on the machine.

Splitting tool

The upper tool is a levelling tool. The lower tool has fixed teeth, which results in better quality of small split products. We use strong teeth in the tools, which have a long service life.

Tool reverse regulation

The reverse time of the upper tool can be adjusted so that when splitting smaller products, it does not travel unnecessarily to the extreme position and thus slow down production unnecessarily.

Reliability and long service life

The splitter is robust so as to minimize repair time and unproductive machine maintenance. The splitting head has a robust construction of all components to withstand long term splitting loads of up to 63 t.

We also use quality components in the hydraulic power unit where it is not visible at first glance, but it has a major impact on the performance and reliability of the machine. The heart of the machine is the radial cast iron pump, which ensures a gradual increase in pressure and a smooth build-up of pressure in the stone, which increases the quality of the splitting.

The machine table is made of HARDOX in the middle where it is most stressed and has a replaceable insert that can be easily and inexpensively replaced when worn.

Cooling unit and heating coil

The hydraulic unit can be fitted with a cooling unit that keeps the hydraulic oil at the ideal temperature to maintain maximum machine performance and extend the life of the hydraulic components.

The heating coil tempers the oil at night temperatures below 10°C so that you can start working quickly at the start of your shift.
